I
promised to look after the album detail of
plus/minus after having downloaded the amazing "Steel the blue print". Well I'm still charmed by this band and their album
Let's build a Fire,
Absolutly Kasher record really has a master piece out here. The album starts like an old vinyl with a jazzy tune, including trumpet that move into the world of Boo
Radleys on a slower tempo. Then you are bounced to song called fade out that resists more than 4 minutes before
literally exploding; then you understand the band and discover how the drums is playing such an important role in the melody. The drummer is really playing a lead instrument (like on One day you'll be there) and not just a confined to a
rhythm role.
My favourite songs are of course "steel the blue print" and also Leap year that remembers me
Pinback... They are
currently touring europe, don't miss their "the authentic sausagefest tour 2007"
